Ximena was a wonderful server! Incredibly attentive and nice! She dealt with our indecision and never seemed fazed or upset by it. Don felix was a great experience and atmosphere due to the music and great service.

I popped into Don Felix Bar & Restaurant on Elizabeth Avenue in Elizabeth the other evening, and it has such a lively, high-energy atmosphere blending vibrant Latin American flavor with classic sports tavern energy. I was so busy taking in the wall of flat-screen TVs and upbeat music while walking to my seat that I managed to catch the toe of my shoe on a barstool rung, doing a quick little double-step dance before finding my balance.

Nicole solis y alejandra desde el segundo que entre a Don Felix i felt accepted with gorgeous smiles and extraordinary service. I wish i could have this service everywhere i go. Food and drinks were totally worth it. I will be coming back. Loved the hospitality.

I came here with a friend to watch the soccer game and had a highly frustrating experience with their deceptive table policies. When we first walked in, I specifically asked the staff if we needed to buy a bottle or meet a minimum requirement to sit down. They said NO, and that we just needed to order food and drinks. I completely agreed with that and we took our seats. However, when it came time to actually order, the server told us we were FORCED to buy a bucket of six beers to keep the table. There were only two of us. Forcing a two-person party to buy six beers at once just to sit down and eat is not only a bait-and-switch, but it feels incredibly irresponsible and damn near illegal when it comes to standard over-serving laws. Ask for a manager who completely ignored me trying to catch her attention, so I can ask why. They should just allow customers to order beers as REQUESTED along with their food, period. Plus the bouncer ask me and my friend on the way out. If we smoked. I said no, then he asked my other friend, if we smoked weed.! My friend is a detective lol. I stopped into this restaurant for a quick drink and ended up having a really pleasant experience. Daniela Loaiza was very attentive and The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming perfect for taking a break and unwinding for a bit. Even though I didn’t stay long or try the full menu, the staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing, which made a great impression. My drink was well-made and served promptly, and you could tell there was care put into it. The space itself felt clean and thoughtfully set up, with a nice balance between lively and comfortable. While I can’t speak to the food just yet, I’d definitely come back to try more based on this visit alone. It’s the kind of place that feels easy to return to, whether you’re just popping in for a drink or planning to stay longer. Will definitely be back
